Volvo Ocean Race 2009
The Volvo Ocean Race (formerly the Whitbread Round the World Race) is a yacht race around the world, held every three years. As of 2009, the only North American stopover on the Ocean Race has been relocated to Boston! We will have front row seats to the In-Harbor match races held during the stopover. The teams will compete fiercely in close quarters for points toward their standing in the larger ‘Round the World’ race- total victory could be on the line! This is your opportunity to see these world-class mariners up close and in action.

Boston Tall Ships Regatta 2009
Boston is one of the 5 places in the world that will operate as an official Port of the Tall Ships Atlantic Challenge (TSAC) in 2009. The ‘09 Trans Atlantic Tall Ships regatta will arrive in Boston in early July and festivities begin on July 7th. You can be a part of this historic event.
The last time these Tall Ships came to Boston millions of visitors swarmed in to Boston to see them. The crush of people was enormous. With Ondular Charters you have private & relaxing opportunity to avoid the crowds and see these magnificent sailing vessels from out on the water - away from the lines and crowds at the docks - the way they were meant to be seen.
